Teri Miller
Fittour CERTIFIED PersonalTrainer
"Be well- body, soul, and spirit." This is Teri's philosophy when it comes to fitness and beyond. This core belief helps her to connect with clients from ages 14 to 86 to guide each member on their own unique fitness journey. Her training is rooted in foundational fitness where the correct form is emphasized before the number of reps or amount of weight.
Included in her arsenal of certifications is Life Coach. She uses these unique skills to move beyond just the physical level to discover the root issues concerning the client's struggles and plateaus. In both her group fitness classes and group personal training she creates an atmosphere that naturally forms a fitness family that provides accountability and encouragement to have members continue to invest in their body even outside of the gym.
Nicknamed Killer Mrs. Miller, Teri is sure to challenge you physically while supporting you mentally and emotionally on your journey to a healthier version of yourself.

NASM CERTIFIED PersonalTrainer
Hi, my name is Daniel, and I am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer. Born and raised in Livingston, I grew up hiking, traveling, and loving the outdoors. I was interested in personal fitness in my early teens and started to really focus on it in my 20s. While working full-time jobs, I had to figure out ways to spend less time in the gym, but still get the results I wanted. After trial and error, consistency, and tons of research later, I've landed on 3 major aspects.
First, focusing on key exercises to build a well balanced physique. Second, Lifting appropriate weights to promote overall strength in the body, and also help with staying/getting lean. And third, building programs that fit into life's busy schedule, but still yield the proper results.
Making the gym a second nature activity doesn't come easily. But making it a part of life will undoubtedly benefit you for the rest of it.

She is a pro-metabolic trainer meaning she comes from the school of thought that everything you do should be designed to work with your hormonal and circadian function- in essence, raising your metabolism and lowering stress. She has developed a system through her own personal study in addition to multiple certifications that are designed to create real, sustainable, positive change in the body and a happy, confident attitude toward continuing your fitness journey. Her goal is to help other people skip over the trial and error period and walk right into a routine that works for them and creates results.
