Welcome to The Firehall help center. We have pulled some of the most frequently asked questions from our customers and compiled them all into one place. Should you have any other questions that we may have missed, don’t hesitate to reach out.
What classes are included in my membership and how do I attend them?
All of them! Every membership we offer includes unlimited access to group fitness classes. Simply check the schedule online and show up to take a class.
Can I access the gym without my RFID Member card?
You may enter without your access card during staffed hours by simply checking in with the front desk. After staffed hours the door is locked to ensure member safety and you will not be able to access the facility. If you need a replacement card please contact the front desk.
I have some friends visiting. Do you offer guest passes?
Yes! We offer a daily drop-in rate of just $10 which can be purchased any time! A digital QR code will be issued for immediate access.
What is your policy on children?
We currently do not offer child care or day care. For that reason, our child policy does not allow for children to be present with their parent while working out unless the child is a member in our system and meets our minimum age requirement.
