We believe in health-centered fitness and improving the overall quality of life not only for our clients, but also our very own community.

At Firehall Fitness, in Livingston, our collective team of staff and regular members cultivate a richer environment than you might find at most fitness clubs. We look forward to exceeding your expectations. Take some time on our website to get acquainted. Our quality staff and equipment help our members enjoy experiencing interactive, real-life changes in their health compared to the ups and downs of individual fitness.  Our 24 hour access facility gives you the option of exercising whenever it is convenient in your schedule.  We will continue to have staffed hours for the option of directly communicating with staff members, signing up for memberships and receiving your 24 hour access badge. 

Our new software enables the members and staff to create individual profiles for scheduling information, ebulletins, and fitness virtual and member workouts.  Please login at www.firehallfitness-shape.net   Click on the member tab and enter your information.  We are currently in the process of entering our 600 members, so if your name is in our new software system, you will log on as follows:  user name:  lastname-firstname  password: last night You will then be prompted to change your password. 

Our 24 hour access does have a few limitations which are after 8pm-5am, at this time, the locker rooms and free weight room will be off limits as a security measure.
